I approach the patient from the perspective of their personal history, their mental and physical environment. I have knowledge and experience on the body in different environments, from farmers, university students, staff, to people with physical and mental disabilities. My focus is on mental wellness and how the movement can improve mental health.
I offer a massage thinking not only in the body, but in the person who is taking it. From the physiological and clinical perspective I put emphasis on freeing connective tissue, trigger point releases and having good contact energy with the patient.
Treatment could be done in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.

Universidad de Cundinamarca: Physical therapist in charge of prevention activities against orthopaedical injuries in students, professors, and staff.
Fusagasugá Municipality, Fusagasugá Sensorial and Integral Life Center: Physical therapist in charge of activities with kids and adults with disabilities. Including warming up and injury prevention in soccer, swimming, and basketball for people with disabilities.
